Basically, I'd like to be able to tell my son that anything is possible if you set your mind to it, and have my own life and accomplishment to point to as an example. Day 031: - 25 lbs, 35 burpees in 7 minutes
When I started this I could do 10 burpees total and not one more for fear of dying right on the spot. I can feel how far I've come.
